Certain tones can help dissolve stagnant energy, realign your energy field, and even shift deeply embedded patterns held in the cells.
Aureli offered an incredible sound healing at my birthday party that was truly magickal. Her dynamic interplay of bowls, chimes, and other instruments made it feel like I was being transported somewhere entirely new, while somehow becoming even more deeply anchored in my body. It was one of those rare experiences that called the entire group all the way into presence.
I’m not a musician or sound person per se, but I do know when something lands and her sonic codes landed deep. They created a harmony and resonance that rippled through me and allowed me to fully drop in and savor the evening.
